22win Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

By accessing or using any part of the 22win platform – including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets or collecting winnings – you enter into a binding agreement with 22win and accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on 22win, including but not limited to Live Casino, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Crash Games, Virtual Sports and Ludo Games. Separate product-specific rules may apply to individual games and are published within each game lobby. Those rules form part of these Terms.

To create an account and play on 22win, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 22win does not knowingly accept players under the age of 18 and takes underage gambling seriously.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person. You are registering and playing for yourself, using your own funds.
• You are not currently self-excluded from 22win or any other gaming platform under a voluntary exclusion arrangement.
• You are not using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws that apply to you.

22win reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 22win. Registering multiple accounts – whether under the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited. If you are found to have more than one account, 22win will close the duplicate accounts and may void any winnings generated through them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your real name, a valid mobile number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your 22win password confidential and not sharing it with anyone else.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Notifying 22win immediately at support@22win-bangla.net if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

22win will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone. If you receive such a request, do not respond and report it to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on 22win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits, withdrawals or winnings.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where someone else sends money on your behalf – are not permitted at 22win and may trigger an account review.

22win processes withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals is 20 to 60 minutes from the time the request is submitted. IBFT and card withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution.

22win reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is standard practice for regulated platforms and is done to protect players. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment account ownership.

22win offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

General rules that apply to all 22win bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement – the amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion.
• Bonus funds and free bets have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 22win reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, or modify its terms, at any time before it has been claimed. Once accepted and credited, the terms applicable at the time of acceptance remain in effect for that bonus.
• Abusing the bonus system – for example, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome – is considered bonus abuse and will result in account review and potential suspension.

22win is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 22win:

• Cheating or collusion – coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Software exploitation – using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with 22win games or place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting platform errors – if a game malfunctions or displays an incorrect payout, 22win reserves the right to void the affected bets. Deliberately placing bets on a known error is prohibited.
• Money laundering – using 22win to transfer, obscure or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. 22win cooperates fully with relevant authorities and reports suspicious transactions.
• Fraudulent chargebacks – disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in order to recover funds that were genuinely deposited and used on 22win.

22win uses certified Random Number Generators for all digital games and live dealer tables with physically shuffled decks. The outcome of every game is independently fair and cannot be manipulated by 22win or any player.

Game results are final once confirmed. If you believe a result was incorrect due to a verifiable technical error, you may submit a dispute to support@22win-bangla.net within 48 hours of the round in question. 22win will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

22win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account if:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The player's account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• The player fails to complete identity verification when requested.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has opened multiple accounts.
• The account has been flagged by 22win's fraud detection systems for suspicious activity patterns.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 22win will freeze the balance in the account. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the balance and account access will be restored. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

Players may also voluntarily close their own 22win account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

22win is committed to responsible gaming. We want our players to enjoy the platform as a form of entertainment, not as a source of financial stress. The following tools are available to every registered player on 22win:

• Deposit limits – set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session time limits – receive a notification when you've been playing for a set period.

• Cooling-off period – take a break of 24 hours to 30 days without closing your account.

22win provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be available at all times without interruption.
• The platform will be free from software bugs, errors or technical issues.
• Any technical malfunction that affects a game outcome will be corrected retrospectively.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 22win's liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

22win is not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, or the actions of third-party payment providers.

22win reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made – changes that affect player rights or obligations in a significant way – 22win will notify registered players via:

• An in-platform notification displayed on login.
• An email to the address registered with your 22win account.

The updated Terms will state the effective date clearly at the top of the page. Continued use of 22win after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

Minor amendments – such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates to contact details – may be made without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the rules and policies of 22win as published on the platform. In the event of a dispute between you and 22win, the following process applies:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Email support@22win-bangla.net with full details of your dispute including your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and any supporting evidence. Our team will respond within 5 business days.
• Step 2 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to a senior case reviewer. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the initial response.
• Step 3 – Final Decision: The senior reviewer's decision is final and binding on both parties for operational matters. 22win will communicate the outcome within 10 business days of escalation.

22win will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently. We ask players to approach disputes in good faith and to provide accurate information to help us investigate thoroughly.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the operational policies of 22win as applicable in the context of Pakistan-based players.
