Account – Registration & Login

Go to the Register page, fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address and date of birth, then choose a strong password. A verification OTP is sent to your mobile – enter it to confirm your account. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once verified, you can make your first PKR deposit immediately and start playing at 22win.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at 22win. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. 22win verifies ages at registration and again at certain withdrawal thresholds. Providing a false date of birth to bypass the age check will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Visit the Login page and enter either your registered Pakistani mobile number or email address, along with your password. You can also switch to mobile-number-based OTP login if you prefer not to type your password. Tick "Remember me" if you're on your personal device to stay logged in between sessions.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" below the password field. Choose to receive a reset OTP via your registered mobile number or a reset link via email. Follow the instructions in the message. The whole reset takes under 60 seconds. If you've lost access to both your mobile and email, contact support@22win-bangla.net for manual CNIC-based verification.

No. 22win strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts are detected through mobile number, device fingerprinting and payment method checks. If duplicate accounts are found, both are closed and balances may be forfeited. If you can't access your existing account, contact support – we'll help you recover it rather than requiring a new registration.

Email support@22win-bangla.net from your registered email address requesting permanent account closure. Any real-money balance will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method before closure. Bonus funds not yet converted through wagering are forfeited. If you're closing for responsible gaming reasons, consider using the self-exclusion tool from account settings instead – it achieves the same result and is faster.

Payments – Deposits & Withdrawals

Log in to your 22win account, go to the Cashier or Deposit section, choose your preferred method – Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard – enter the amount in PKR, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your 22win balance within 30 seconds. Bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes depending on your bank.

The minimum deposit at 22win is Rs 200. This low minimum means you can try the platform and explore the game lobby without committing a large amount. There is no maximum deposit limit at the platform level, though individual payment providers such as Easypaisa and JazzCash have their own daily transaction limits – typically Rs 25,000 per transaction and Rs 50,000 per day per wallet.

Log in to your 22win account, go to the Cashier, select Withdrawal, choose your method and enter the PKR amount. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 20 to 60 minutes. IBFT bank transfers typically complete within 1 to 3 hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals take 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank. You can withdraw to the same method you used for your deposit.

The minimum withdrawal at 22win is Rs 500. This applies to all methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash and IBFT. There is no fee charged by 22win for withdrawals. Some banks may apply their own incoming transfer charges, but 22win does not deduct anything from your requested withdrawal amount.

First, wait two minutes and refresh your 22win balance page – most delays resolve within this window. If the balance still hasn't updated after five minutes, email support@22win-bangla.net with your registered mobile number, the amount deposited, the payment method used, and the transaction reference number from your Easypaisa/JazzCash confirmation SMS. Our team can trace and credit the deposit manually, usually within 30 minutes.

If your Easypaisa or JazzCash withdrawal hasn't arrived within 2 hours, or your bank transfer hasn't arrived within 4 hours of approval, check your 22win withdrawal history to confirm the status. If the status shows "Approved" or "Processed" but the funds haven't arrived, email support@22win-bangla.net with the withdrawal ID. If the status shows "Pending", it may still be in the queue – withdrawals submitted during peak hours sometimes take a little longer during busy periods.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus at 22win is automatically triggered by your first qualifying deposit after registration. You do not need to enter a code or contact support. Simply register, make your first deposit of at least the minimum qualifying amount (check the Promotions page for the current threshold), and the bonus is credited to your account instantly. The bonus amount and match percentage are always listed on the Promotions page.

Wagering requirements mean you must wager the bonus amount a set number of times before it becomes withdrawable. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling Rs 20,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Not all bets contribute equally – check the specific terms on the Promotions page for which games contribute 100% and which contribute less.

Bonuses at 22win have an expiry period – if the wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus is automatically removed. The expiry period is stated in the terms of each promotion. Another common cause is making a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, which voids the active bonus. If you believe your bonus was removed in error, email support@22win-bangla.net with your account details and bonus reference.

Yes. 22win regularly offers reload bonuses for returning players and cashback promotions on net losses during eligible periods. These are published on the Promotions page and are updated weekly. Cashback is typically credited as bonus funds on a set day after the qualifying period ends. Reload bonuses work the same way as the welcome offer – deposit during the promotion window to trigger the bonus.

Log in to your 22win account and find your unique referral code in the Promotions or Account section. Share the code with friends in Pakistan. When they register at 22win using your code and complete their first qualifying deposit, both you and your friend receive a referral bonus. The bonus amount is credited automatically. There is no limit to how many friends you can refer, though 22win may cap total referral bonus earnings per player per month.

22win will never ask for your password, Easypaisa PIN, JazzCash MPIN or CNIC number via SMS, WhatsApp or unsolicited email. If you receive a message requesting any of these things from someone claiming to be 22win, do not respond and do not click any links. 22win may request identity verification (KYC) when you reach certain withdrawal thresholds or if an account review is triggered. In that case, you'll be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (National Identity Card). This is a standard requirement for financial platforms and protects both the player and the platform. The verification process typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Accounts that do not complete requested KYC within the timeframe may have withdrawals temporarily held.

Responsible Gaming

Yes – this is called a cooling-off period. Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Cooling-Off Period and choose a duration: 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days or 30 days. During this time, your account is locked – you can't log in, deposit or play. Your balance and history are preserved. When the period ends, your account unlocks automatically.
